Release of Offline Charts v. 204.000

New release comes with new Point Original indicator and Range bars zero-gap mod indicator.

With this release the Ovo 4 Offline charts generator was renamed to Omnia Charts generator. The new name better expresses the feature that all charts are included. Many thanks to Fausto for his nice suggestion.

Both new indicators are added to the Omnia Charts collection (formerly Ovo4Offline).

Updated is also Omnia Remote indicator (formerly Offline Remote) to switch between all six chart types.
